ESTABLISH YOUR BUDGET
- Starting with your overall budget, we can break down pricing whether you are starting with your own lot or need to purchase one. See How Pricing Works below.
- We will work with your lender, or we can help you find one that will work with you through the financing process.
DISCUSS YOUR HOME NEEDS, REQUIREMENTS, AND WISH LIST ITEMS.
- We will review our 21 floorplans and determine which one meets your wants and needs.
- Need modifications? No problem! We will work with our architect to update selections to meet your needs.
- Have a specific style in mind that we don’t currently have? We can have it designed for you.
GET YOUR LOT READY
- We specialize in locating and developing land. We will identify what improvements need to be made to your lot to make it buildable.
PREPARE FOR CONSTRUCTION
- After the lot and house are selected, we will finalize your house customizations. (This is the exciting part!)
- We will have a Final Preconstruction Meeting, where you’ll get to meet your Project Manager.
CONSTRUCTION
- We will conduct regular home site visits during this phase to see the progress and ensure that we are meeting your timeline and budget needs.
TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR NEW HOME!
- Once the final walk-through is complete and the house has passed all of its inspections, you’ll take on New Homeowner status!

With a multitude of floorplans to choose from, we have something for every family and every budget. We want your home to be truly yours, so if there is an option or selection you are looking for, we will work with our architect to ensure your plans are exactly what you envision for your dream home.
How Pricing Works
Key factors that are included in your overall price*:
- Cost of your lot
- Preparing your lot for construction (this includes getting permits, clearing trees, setting up utilities, etc.)
- Base price of your home
- Options and upgrades that you select
*Costs will vary depending upon the location, lot, home and options selected. Lot finishing costs vary significantly depending on county fees, lot size and scope of development work needed. Please contact us to schedule a cost estimate.
ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR OVERALL BUDGET, WE WILL HELP YOU BREAK DOWN THE COST FOR WHAT YOU CAN SPEND ON EACH OF THE ABOVE FACTORS, WHETHER YOU ARE STARTING WITH YOUR OWN LOT OR NOT.
EXAMPLE 1 (Need to purchase a lot):
- Overall Budget – 600k
- House Model Price – 350k
- Lot improvement – 100k
- Lot Budget = 150k
EXAMPLE 2 (Already have a lot):
- Overall Budget – 600k
- Lot Cost – 175k
- Lot Improvements – 100k
- House Budget = 325k
