Closing out a Successful Year

The year 2020 has certainly been one for the books, in many different ways. For some it has been difficult, and for others it’s been downright frustrating. Our hearts and our minds have been on the people who have experienced hardships this year. While we, along with many others, look forward to a brighter 2021, we can’t help but to think back on the many successes and blessings we experienced during an otherwise difficult year:

  • We built 10 homes, from the ground up. We are proud to craft the spaces where families and friends will make lifelong memories.
  • Five amazing families moved into their new homes. We were grateful to work with each and every one of them.
  • Our business built in new places and communities, from Edgewater to Deale. We are blessed to have a footprint across the beautiful state of Maryland.
  • On average, we spent 1,000 building hours per home. That’s hours that we were able to keep our employees working, and time spent meticulously crafting custom homes.

Most importantly, we had the opportunity to build relationships and homes with clients we truly care about.

We are thankful for what 2020 gave us, and we look forward to more in 2021. From the Schaefer Family to yours, we wish you a happy holiday season and a wonderful New Year.
