A Quick Move-In (QMI) home is either already completed or further along in construction, allowing buyers to move in on a faster timeline with many design selections already chosen by Schaefer Homes. It’s a great fit for buyers who want a new home without the longer build timeline or decision-making process.
A To-Be-Built new home offers a more personalized experience, giving buyers the opportunity to select floorplans, finishes, features, and upgrades throughout the building process. While the timeline is typically longer, it allows for choices and the ability to tailor the home to individual preferences and lifestyle needs.
